The Garden Tower is a commercial complex. It is an 18-floor tower with a total built area of 21,695 m2, and is situated at La Poudrière Street, Port Louis.

It has the following structure:
>> The basement: to house a car park.
>> The ground floor: to be occupied by a supermarket.
>> The Mezzanine: to house a branded food court
>> Floors 1-4: built for car parks. In all the Garden Tower has a park capacity of around 300 cars.
>> Floor 5: commercial area
>> Floors 6-16: to be occupied by offices
>> Floors17-18: built for the Plant Room.

The expected completion of the project is April 2008.

The construction of these new low cost industrial estates will be set up to cater to Small & Medium Enterprises. Each estate will accommodate 20 single storey units ranging from 100m2 to 200m2 in each floor area. Provision is made for future vertical extension by one floor to all buildings in the form of (i) stub columns and (ii) two external staircase onto a common access balcony.

>> Terre Rouge: The development site is located at Terre Rouge and covers an area of 12,979.20m2. Scheduled completion: end-May 2008.

>> La Tour Koenig: The development site is located at La Tour Koenig Industrial Estate and covers an area of 12,600m2. Scheduled completion: end-May 2008.

>> Highlands (Cinq Arpents): The development site is located at Highlands and will cover an area of 12,600m2. Construction not started.
