DBM has completed the construction of two industrial parks fully dedicated to SMEs at Terre Rouge and La Tour Koenig.
Each industrial park comprises four building blocks of five units on the ground floor, thus providing 20 single-storey units ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 ft2 in floor area. The floor-to-floor height of the ground floor space is 5.1 metres.
Site amenities such as electricity, water supply, telecommunications, sewage disposal and waste storage cubicles are being provided to the outside limits of each building block.
As at date the forty units have been fully booked.
