Further, in order to make additional space rapidly available to SMEs in the region of Plaines Wilhems, the DBM has proceeded with the refurbishment and partitioning of one industrial building of 25,000 ft2 within its Vacoas/Phoenix Industrial Estate to provide thirteen units of industrial space ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 ft2.


All thirteen units have already been allocated.
